Cocoa Banana Vegan Smoothie
This smoothie tastes like a chocolate shake. So if you want a healthy way to hit a sweet tooth, a great snack after school or as part of breakfast - go Cocoa Bananas!
Ingredients
1 cup almond, soy or coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 heaping tsp cocoa powder
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender. You might need to whip twice. Try substitutions: kale or bok choy for the spinach; frozen blueberries, mangoes, raspberries, or pineapple for the strawberries; beets from last night’s dinner or an avocado for the apple.
