Green Monster Vegan Breakfast Smoothie

2 cups spinach
1-2 cup carrot juice (or any other juice, water, or tea)
Add all ingredients to the blender. You might need to whip twice. Try substitutions: kale or bok choy for the spinach; frozen blueberries, mangoes, raspberries, or pineapple for the strawberries; beets from last night’s dinner or an avocado for the apple.
