Lucky Vegan Chili Dinner
Beans are the star of this chili and so many of our vegan meals.
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 stalks celery
1 can of can diced tomatoes and chilis
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of black bean (drained)
1 can of kidney beans (drained)
1 can of chili mix
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
¼ cup brown sugar
water or vegetable stock as needed
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onion, and peppers. Stir for two minutes. Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
