Nutty Buddy Smoothie Vegan Peanut Butter Breakfast Smoothie

How about a nutty buddy for breakfast or a snack before bed instead of ice cream? A delicious, vegan treat. Does contain Peanut Butter.


1 cup almond, soy or coconut milk

1 frozen banana

1 heaping tsp cocoa powder

¼ cup peanut butter


Add all ingredients to the blender. Whip twice.

Smoothies are a great way to start your vegan journey. Going vegan takes time to plan meals and is easiest by doing a process of elimination and replacement. This smoothie is a delicious place to start and will replace your ice cream at night or a regular smoothie made with dairy products. All of our vegan recipes are simple and easy to make. We try for the least amount of ingredients with the most amount of flavor. The Nutty Buddy Smoothie is creamy, chocolatey and nutty. If nut free, just eliminate the peanut butter.
