Ingredients
Bag of Tortilla chips
1 can black beans
1 small can olives
10-12 cherry tomatoes
1 bag shredded lettuce
1 small can diced jalapeno
Daiya nacho cheese
Beyond Meat Meat Crumbles
1 pkg low sodium taco seasoning
Directions
Lay tortillas on a plate. In a pan, prepare the Beyond Meat per instructions, add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Drain and rinse black beans and olives. Chop the tomato. Assemble.
