Very Berry Vegan Breakfast Smoothie
If you love berries, this is the vegan smoothie for you. Powerful in antioxidants to help prevent cancers.
1 cup almond, soy or coconut milk
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen mixed berries
5-10 frozen strawberries
Add all ingredients to the blender. You might need to whip twice. Try substitutions: kale or bok choy for the spinach; frozen blueberries, mangoes, raspberries, or pineapple for the strawberries; beets from last night’s dinner or an avocado for the apple.
